Meet Dave, Owner/Operator
I’m Dave, owner/operator here at The King of Sharp. You could say knife sharpening is in my blood, a skill and passion I’ve inherited from my dad. He was one of Sydney’s first mobile knife sharpeners and lent his expertise to domestic and commercial customers for over thirty years.
I began working alongside him when I was twelve and took the reins when he retired in 2010. In 2013, I opened my own mobile sharpening business, The King of Sharp, and have been restoring blades across Sydney ever since.
